Response for the stochastic fast oscillator (STOCHF), the unsmoothed counterpart of STOCH that reports raw %K and a lightly smoothed %D without the slow %K stage.

STOCHF does not extend one of the package's shared response bases: its two-line reading needs STOCHFIndicatorUnit rather than the single-value SimpleIndicatorUnit the shared bases use.
